1. Returns for Size Issues
We offer a 7-day return policy only for size-related issues. Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- The return request must include proper proof of the size issue.
2. Live WhatsApp Video Verification
For customer satisfaction and product verification, we provide a live WhatsApp video call check before dispatch or upon customer request.
This service helps customers verify:
- Product quality
- Product condition
- Design and details
3. No Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer product exchanges.
Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Color preference issues
- Minor expectation differences
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer
- Any reason other than size issues
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service on selected orders and locations.
Please note:
- Customers must provide a valid phone number and complete address for COD orders.
- Fake or non-serious COD orders may be cancelled without notice.
- Our team may contact customers for order confirmation before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to refuse COD service for certain locations or customers with previous failed orders.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within a few business days to the customer’s original payment method or agreed refund method.
